Shipping and Orders
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Bali, Indonesia, with DHL Express.
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days for international delivery.
Pre-order items require approximately 10–45 working days before dispatch (25 working days on average), depending on production.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
How much is shipping?
We offer worldwide shipping with DHL Express.
- Europe, UK, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, USA & Canada: 390 SEK (approx. $39 USD). Free shipping on orders over 4,000 SEK (approx. $400 USD).
- Rest of the World: 590 SEK (approx. $59 USD). Free shipping on orders over 4,500 SEK (approx. $450 USD).
Special shipping rates may apply to selected items, such as bags and pottery, requiring additional packaging or care. Any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.
Will I have to pay duties or import taxes on delivery?
No additional duties or import taxes to pay upon delivery.
We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning Samadhi takes care of applicable import duties and taxes for orders placed through our Swedish online store.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, with no unexpected customs charges upon delivery.
