Where do you ship from?
All our orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from Bali, Indonesia, where our collections are made.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship internationally with DHL Express.
- DHL Express delivery: 390 SEK
- Complimentary DHL Express delivery on orders over 4,000 SEK
Special shipping rates may apply to selected items that require unique packaging and extra care, such as bags and pottery. Due to their dimensions or fragile nature, these pieces require additional protection during transit. Where applicable, the specific shipping rate will be clearly indicated at checkout.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders for items in stock are prepared and dispatched from Bali within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Some of our pieces may also be available for preorder. As Samadhi collections are made in Bali using artisanal techniques, certain pieces require additional time to create. This may include handcrafting, dyeing, washing and finishing.
For items marked as Preorder, please allow from 5 business days up to approximately one month before dispatch. In exceptional cases, production may take slightly longer. The expected timeframe will be indicated on the relevant product page whenever possible.
If you are ordering for a specific date or special occasion, we recommend choosing an item that is currently in stock.
When will I receive my order?
Once dispatched, international DHL Express delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on your destination.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, remote delivery locations or circumstances beyond our control.
For preorder items, the delivery timeframe begins once the piece has been completed and dispatched.
How do you ship orders?
All international orders are shipped with DHL Express and include full tracking, so you can follow your parcel from Bali to your door.
What about duties and import taxes?
There are no additional duties or import taxes to pay upon delivery.
For orders placed through our Swedish online store, applicable duties and taxes are included in the price. Your order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning we take care of import duties and taxes on your behalf.
The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay — no unexpected customs charges upon delivery.
Please check your shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order, including any apartment number, building information or other details required for successful delivery.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@samadhiliving.com. We will be happy to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been handed over to DHL, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. In this case, you may also need to contact DHL directly to request a delivery amendment.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, any additional return and reshipping costs may be charged to the customer. Original shipping costs and additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect address are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Samadhi piece. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Our Packaging
Each Samadhi order is carefully prepared in Bali and wrapped in silk paper, with a reusable Samadhi cotton tote bag.
We encourage you to give your tote a life beyond your delivery and reuse it whenever you can, helping us reduce the need for single-use packaging.
