Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We hope you love your Samadhi pieces, but we understand that sometimes an order may not be quite right. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returns, exchanges and cancellations.
14-Day Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, email info@samadhiliving.com with your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address.
Please do not send an item back before contacting us, as the return destination may vary depending on your location.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags attached and, where applicable, in their original packaging.
If an item is returned used, damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess it, the refund may be reduced to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and packaging your return carefully. Please do not return items directly to Bali unless instructed to do so, as international returns to Indonesia may involve additional customs procedures and charges.
Exchanges
If you would like another size, colour or style, contact us and we will do our best to help, subject to availability.
For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping and shipping of the replacement item, unless the original item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
In some cases, we may recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
We begin preparing orders shortly after they are placed, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been confirmed.
If you need to cancel or change an item, size or colour, please email info@samadhiliving.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once an order has been handed over to DHL, it can no longer be cancelled as an unshipped order. Your applicable return rights remain unaffected.
Pre-Orders
Some Samadhi pieces are available for pre-order while they are being crafted or finished in Bali. Full payment is collected at checkout, and the estimated production timeframe will be indicated on the product page whenever possible.
As our pieces may involve artisanal processes such as hand-dyeing, washing and finishing, production times are estimates and occasional delays may occur.
Your applicable statutory cancellation and return rights remain unaffected simply because an item is sold as a pre-order. Different rules may apply to personalized or custom-made pieces.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Every Samadhi piece is carefully checked before shipping. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@samadhiliving.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue.
Please note that subtle variations in colour, texture, print or finish are a natural characteristic of our handmade and artisanal processes and are not necessarily considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personalized or custom-made pieces
- Gift cards
- Items subject to hygiene restrictions where applicable and where protective seals have been removed
Any specific return restrictions will be clearly indicated before purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Where required by applicable consumer law, eligible standard outbound delivery charges will also be refunded.
A Note on Handmade Pieces
Many Samadhi pieces are handmade in Bali using artisanal dyeing, printing, washing and finishing techniques. Small variations are part of the individual character of handmade pieces.
