Thank you for shopping with Samadhi Living! As a small business, we strive to ensure your satisfaction while navigating logistical challenges like customs and taxes. Please carefully review our policy to ensure a smooth process.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days to return an order after receiving it. If you change your mind or the product you received is not what you expected, please email us at info@samadhiliving.com to initiate the process.
To request a return or exchange, please email us with:
- Your full name
- Address
- Email address
- Order number
- A description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and why
Once approved, ship the items for return within 14 days of the date of notification.
Important Notes:
- Returns must be pre-approved; items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
- Returns should be sent to our headquarters in Bali or Sweden, depending on your location. We will provide the exact address upon approval.
- Customs Fees & Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes incurred. We highly recommend checking your local regulations before returning an item especially for Europe.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any damage incurred during the return shipment. We strongly recommend sending the products well-packaged and using a trackable shipping method.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✔️ Be in the same condition as when you received it
✔️ Be unworn, unused, and with tags attached
✔️ Include the original packaging
✔️ Have a receipt or proof of purchase
Shipping & Restocking
- A 1% restocking fee will apply to all returns to cover processing costs.
- For exchanges, the customer is also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- Please do not send returns to our Bali headquarters without contacting us first. Due to Indonesian customs regulations, retrieving returned items may involve high taxes and delays, which we cannot process at this time.
Damages & Issues
Every piece in our collection is handmade, and while we uphold strict quality checks, occasional flaws may slip through if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at info@samadhiliving.com immediately.
- Faulty items are covered for 14 days from delivery but do not include damage caused by wear and tear or improper care.
- Please include photos of the issue and your order number for faster resolution.
💡 Note: We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges for items that have not been properly cared for.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
🚫 Custom-made, personalized items, pre-order
🚫 Delicate goods such as feathers, accessories, pottery, and bags
🚫 Sale items or gift cards
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method you used for your original purchase within 5 business days.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- If the product is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding.
