Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Samadhi Living. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review our policy carefully.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays in Sweden.

  • During high-volume periods (such as holidays or launches), processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • International Orders: 5–10 business days

    • Sweden and EU Orders: 2–7 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, weather, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Carrier

  • We ship all orders via DHL Express and DHL Global Mail.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at their website.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of ordering.

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately at info@samadhiliving.com to request a correction.

  • If the package is already shipped, rerouting is not guaranteed. You may need to contact DHL directly.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You are responsible for all reshipping costs and any return fees or duties charged to us.

  • Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs or customs fees incurred due to address issues.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We follow DHL's global shipping restrictions.
If you live in a remote or restricted area, please contact us before placing your order to ensure we can deliver to your location.

6. Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (Important for International Orders)

We ship from Gothenburg, Sweden (EU).

  • Sweden & EU: Orders under €150 EUR are exempt from customs duties, but 25% VAT is applied to all imports. We collect VAT at checkout where required.

  • UK: Orders must be £135 GBP or more. Customs and VAT fees may be applied on delivery.

  • USA: No duties or taxes for orders under $800 USD.

  • Australia: No import fees on orders under $1,000 AUD.

Important Note:

  • For non-EU international customers, we do not collect or cover customs fees, duties, or import taxes. These are assessed and collected by your local customs authorities.

  • You are fully responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.

  • Samadhi Living is not liable for delays, charges, or losses resulting from unpaid customs fees or refusal to pay them.

  • We do not refund parcels returned due to unpaid customs or import charges.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Contact us immediately at info@samadhiliving.com

  • Retain all packaging and documentation.

  • We will assist in opening a claim with DHL and help resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.

Please note: Samadhi Living is not responsible for loss or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under EU law, with some exceptions. Please review the policy for item eligibility and process.

9. Environmental Packaging

We ship your order wrapped in silk paper and include a Samadhi cotton tote bag for reuse. Please consider using this bag to help reduce single-use plastic.

10. Small Business Notice

As a small, sustainable business:

  • We are unable to absorb losses caused by incorrect addresses, unpaid duties, or refused packages.

  • Your attention to detail at checkout helps us keep offering fair prices and quality service.
